Listings sourced from third-party vessels, central agents, or co-brokerage arrangements are presented to clients through VOYAGER as the client's exclusive point of contact. The identities of additional brokers, listing firms, or sub-agents involved behind the scenes are administrative details handled internally; they are not represented as a separate relationship with the client.

Specifications, equipment lists, year built, hours, and similar data are believed accurate but are not warranted by VOYAGER. Buyers and charterers are responsible for independent verification, including survey and sea trial where appropriate.
