VOYAGER does not guarantee:

• Specific itineraries
• Service provider performance
• Weather conditions
• Operational outcomes
• Revenue generation
• Vessel condition
• Mechanical performance
• Regulatory compliance

Users remain responsible for independently evaluating any information provided through the Platform.

Limits to what we owe

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOYAGER, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, technology providers, vessel owners, managers, captains, crew members, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Special damages
• Exemplary damages
• Punitive damages
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Loss of business opportunity
• Service interruption

Arising out of or relating to:

• Use of VOYAGER OS;
• Inability to access VOYAGER OS;
• Information submitted through VOYAGER OS;
• Errors or omissions within the Platform;
• Third-party services;
• Charter operations;
• Vessel operations;
• Communications facilitated through the Platform.

What you agree to do (and not do)

Users agree not to:

• Submit false information
• Misrepresent identity
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Upload malicious software or code
• Circumvent security measures
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying logic of the Platform or any portion of it
• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, mirror, frame, scrape, or republish any portion of the Platform, its code, designs, layouts, workflows, or content
• Use, adapt, or distribute any portion of the Platform's code, components, or interfaces to build, train, or operate a competing product or service
• Bypass, remove, or modify any technical limitations, watermarks, attributions, or access controls within the Platform
• Use automated systems, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access, query, or extract data from the Platform without prior written authorization from VOYAGER

VOYAGER reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, and to pursue all available remedies under applicable law.

Who owns what

All software, designs, workflows, content, branding, trademarks, graphics, interfaces, reports, and related intellectual property associated with VOYAGER OS remain the exclusive property of VOYAGER or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Platform.

Our right to change things

VOYAGER reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of the Platform or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of VOYAGER OS following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where disputes are resolved

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to VOYAGER OS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
